Well Oppo, I won’t be running for a WHILE I think. Broken in one place, ligaments strained in others. I zigged where I should have zagged. 3 - 5 weeks in this thing.

Rehab is definitely key. I busted the right one 5 years ago. I know the only reason I can do as much now is because I listened then! Thank you!

It is still a bit weak if I’m honest. It doesn’t slow me down though. Spent all 3 day weekend doing yard work and sitting in dance recital and I wasn’t even sore on Tuesday. Sitting or laying on something flat and hard are exceedingly uncomfortable.

he gym I go to has something that looks like a stationary bike but for you arms. Its kinda fun.

I love my bike. It needs some attention though and money is tight. Actually, I need a new road bike but it isn’t going to happen right now.

Thank you. Also, paying attention helps. I was way too into the music bashing through my ears and trying to avoid a wandering car. The pot hole just jumped right out in front of me.

Its really crazy. Reduce Chinese food and beer. Replace with salad and water. I lost like 20 lbs (with running)

I did the same thing back in 2007. Lost 60 pounds in 6 months. I just finally kept to eating healthy. I just need to find my resolve again.
